Not a single person spoke in favor of retaining Fairfield Township Trustee Taletha Coles during Wednesday's public hearing.
With early voting and all 16 boxes in but not fully counted, Monica Casanova had 489 votes; Rocky Hession, 210; and incumbent Coles, 95 votes.
Democratic Fairfield Township voters fired first-term Trustee Taletha Coles, making her a lame duck until January.
