Place North West | Swanside bags £20m Regent Plaza contract
Dan Whelan The contractor has been selected to build blocks B and C at Sourced Development Group’s 525-apartment complex in Salford following its appointment as main contractor on another of the developer’s schemes in Liverpool. Birkenhead-based Swanside Group was awarded the £20m contract to build the 10-storey block B and the seven-storey block C at Regent Plaza after Evadx completed the steel frames for the structures.
