this last couple of days. tell us more about that aspect this have investigation. >> coffey county is a rural county in south georgia, very republican, this is not a swing county, this was not a very competitive county whatsoever, but what emerged after the election was that it was found that several trump -- a team of trump supporters and data analysts went down to coffey county's board of elections, they were spotted on surveillance video, the visit was captured by surveillance and they copied election sensitive voting data, election data, hours, they spent hours behind closed doors there copying that data. we expect that infiltration to be a significant part of fani willis' investigation. it's just one facet of what we expect to be rico charges that centers on trump and his plot to undermine and overturn joe biden's election victory here in georgia. >> we just saw some of the footage from coffey county just now. significant week in fulton county, georgia.
delayed by pretrial motions. in the southern district of florida. four options. my a.m. any, ft. lauderdale, west palm beach and fort pierce. that is the venue chosen by judge cannon. this matters. it could very well impact the pool of potential jury members to decide trump's fate. the region that feeds potential jurors to the courthouse is made up of one swing county and four others that are ruby fled their political leanings and that mr. trump won by substantial margins both 2016 and 2020. joining us is barbara mblg quade.
meaningful or not. tell us what's at stake in where, which courthouse this trial ends up in. and what does it mean in terms of the jury pool selected. >> lawrence, i'm with you. i don't think it's set yet whether the trial is going to be in fort pierce or west palm. or could be elsewhere. but i think it's gotta be in the southern district of florida. i think it helps trump to have it in fort pierce. the fort pierce jury pool consists of five surrounding counties, and it doesn't include blue, palm beach county where i am. and up to five counties, four of them are red. they went for trump. the 51 is a swing county, with the largest population, st. lucie county. trump has got a like his chances. all it takes is one trump oil iced on the jury of 12. and you've got a hung jury. i think that's his best defense. not when it comes to law, i think his goose is cooked there. but when i think it comes to jury nullification, that is his last best chance.

bucks county, a swing county outside philadelphia we're hearing a lot of what we heard in our nbc news poll, folks are concerned about biden's age. they're concerned about how the administration is doing on the economy from younger voters, i have been hearing a lot about climate. folks are worried that the administration hasn't really done enough, hasn't talked loudly enough about issues around climate change. but i want you to hear from one voter we met today, a gentleman named mo, he's an independent voter, a small business owner and he is frustrated with things as they stand right now. but i want to give a little bit of a twist to what he told me. take a listen, and then we'll talk on the other side >> i did biden i did biden. and i'm not happy with it. i did trump in 2016. i just -- i switched over because i felt like this country was losing itself. >> reporter: is there a chance that trump could win you back? >> no, for me to go republican,
that close but as a theirett cal idea, that's possible. >> scarily, i don't want to put that into the universe but sure, it's possible. >> we've had election week in america before. >> many times. >> you were talking about, it is the magic of counting the votes, the gift of democracy that we get to count the votes. i know you view it that way. as someone who knows the state so well, when you have something like this, surprisingly high turnout. is there a county or two that you use as your own? i look at every state. there is a swing county here, a swing county there, quirky counties in some states. do you have a county or two that you watch as your own bellwethers? >> i probably look at fayette right now. the thing about most of our counties, they are pretty red or pretty blue. there is very few that are kind of a mixed bag. but you have what i call the
run it up on election day to offset what you're seeing up here. and let's run through these. you mentioned fayette county as a swing county. or bellwether counties. at the moment, we're about half the vote count. senator warning on is at 59%. this county, herschel walker carried a month ago. what we're seeing now, this is a month ago, this is now. this is predominantly early votes. we'll see if it holds up. but just one of the places you can look. here's another one for me. jefferson county. this is a tiny county. a really small county population wise. why do i like to look at this? you have augusta and the suburbs. warnock carried this a month ago. but in the governor's race, brian kemp carried it. so one of the places that you look to in a map in a close race. >> how did warnock do a month ago? >> warning on carried that one just barely. very competitive. he gets just over 50. and the governor's race, the republican gets just over 50.
republicans run it up, you'll see when you look at it this perspective on the live outstanding votes much tinier circles. that means a smaller piece of votes out there. most of your votes are out here. and again, there are some republican ex-urbs north of atlanta, west of atlanta. but predominantly the votes are now the traditionally blue areas. republicans said they would surprise us today the election day votes. that's what's still being counted in these areas. so the math is there. the color tells you if you're in the warnock campaign, the color tells you yes, you might have a bit of a seesaw still. 18,500 votes when you round that. but the map is filling in in a way, swing county here, swing countriy here that are still blue. the warnock campaign is saying okay, looks better now than it did 15 minutes ago, let's hope it stays that way but we've got a lot of counting to do. >> when we get more vote in we'll have to go back and take a look at whether herschel walker is matching what he did a month ago or exceeding what he did. but let's wait for a little bit more of that vote to come in because i want to go to pamela brown now who's at the voting
that's important because by law all mail-in battle that are received in registrars like the one you see behind me across this state have to be counted by law. earlier clark county officials telling cnn they had received 268 mail-in battle just today, but the registrar said he was going to make another trip to the usps at 5:00 p.m. to make sure that all of those battle are counted. we are asking to see if indeed more battle railroad receive. we are waiting to hear back on that. let me give you a quick state of play of the more than 50,000 battle that still remain to be counted here in the state of nevada. there are more than 1,000 in the gop stronghold of douglas county. we are not expecting those results to be posted tonight. there are another 12,000 in washoe county. that is a swing county, and we're expecting to learn more and for results to be posted at about 7:30 pacific time, 10:30 eastern time. then the 34,000 here in clark
