Weber DE&I has gained more prominence since the Memorial Day death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota police custody, with many companies issuing statements pledging to be more diverse and inclusive. While some have followed through with action, there is much more to DE&I than race and gender, the panelists said.
