People are showing off i voted stickers or snapping pics of mailin ballots perhaps unaware that that could be criminal. Its safe to take a picture of yourself and say you voted. The question is rises when you do it in the voting booth. Reporter at least 18 states taking a photo inside or showing how one marks their ballot is unlawful. Its unlikely anyone will go to jail or be fined after take a selfie in the voting booth but its best not to the department of justice and fbi will be there november th looking for more than selfies.
