VA Western New York Healthcare System will host its annual tree-lighting memorial ceremony in remembrance of veterans and VA staffers who have passed away. The ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Buffalo VA Medical Center's Veterans Park located at 3495 Bailey Ave.
