HAMC to rebuild community partnerships By Tabi Jozwick, Correspondent MACOMB — During Monday’s meeting, the Housing Authority of McDonough County Board of Commissioners discussed how the housing authority would work on rebuilding partnerships with community organizations. Anthony “Tony” Barnes retired from active duty with retirement and change of command ceremony at the Strategic Communications Wing ONE (SCW-1) Headquarters at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
