Dallas-based fast-casual concept Velvet Taco will open downtown at Fifth + Broadwayâs Assembly Food Hall by Mayâs end. The eatery, which bills itself as offering gourmet tacos, will be joined by a second Velvet Taco in Midtown this fall.
