LQA&E and YQCA Certification Extension In 2020, due to COVID-19, we were unable to hold in-person state level 4-H livestock shows for youth to attend, thus we will be extending the LQA&E certification of any youth that had certified in 2018 and 2019 so they will be able to use their full three fair season eligibility. Youth who certified in 2018 were eligible for 2018, 2019 and 2020 Minnesota 4-H state fair shows. We will extend their eligibility through the 2021 fair season. Youth who certified in 2019 were eligible for 2019, 2020 and 2021 Minnesota 4-H state fair shows. We will extend their eligibility through the 2022 fair season. If an LQA&E training was offered in 2020 and a youth participated and completed it, we will extend their certification through the 2023 fair season. ....
