in as she signed it. just had a photographer take a picture signing this bill. under the way things will be set up in alabama, the law will not take effect in six months but it effectively won't be enforced once it gets to that point because it's expected and we know the aclu and planned parenthood will challenge the law in court. one of the things the critics in the statehouse here were upset about, the new abortion law, most restricted now in the nation, had no exceptions, even for incest and rape. the only exception would be if the woman's life were in jeopardy. the sponsor of the bill, terry collins, said what this new law does, and the reason she's sponsored this bill is simply extend, she says, laws that exist already in the state. and she used the example of a pregnant woman driving a car, getting into a car accident and dyeing and a person who hit her being held criminally

they expect to say connected so lots of technology coming in and out of the stadium and in and around our events. we created some new apps to help people enjoy the ivenevents. super bowl xlviii content and if you're roaming around the city and wondering where to go and it knows where you are and it can let you know what is happening nearby. >> nicki, here is my deal. >> oh, no, no, no. >> i don't go to sporting events but when i do you take a picture and you can't tweet it out in these stadiums. >> fenway. >> you guys have just like ramped it up at metlife stadium. tell us about it. >> absolutely. first of all, you're right. let me tell you about a stadium environment. >> it's a nightmare. >> it is! lots of steel and lots of concrete. in the case of metlife 80,000 people in one small location and all trying to do what you're doing take a picture of the kickoff and post it to social media. basically, the same experience. it's a tough environment. >> the problem is you just don't have enough -- i mean, usually

guess -- what hurts you is a lot of kids were crying and mothers holding on to them, crying and shaking, and not knowing what's going on. that was the biggest deal, but for me, myself personally, it wasn't really worried about me. you know? i'll be all right in the end. i was making sure everybody else was going to get out there. >> i'm amazed you had the wherewithal to take pictures of the bullet holes in the wall. what were you thinking? >> there was a bunch of us standing there. like i said, when we were back there and everybody was running, you know, everybody still kind of like, well, what's going on? all we hear is gunshots. i mean, just standing there, you know, we didn't hear anything as far as like -- anybody running through the mall or people saying, you know, hide, hide, hide. move, move, move. so when i saw where the gunshots were, that was my first instinct just to kind of take a picture of it. >> uh-huh. all right. k.t., quite the heroic employee

good rule of thumb is always ask yourself do i have permission to post this con ten. if you're a small bids and you're taking a photo of a cupcake in your business, you clearly own that. if you use con ten that the somebody else owns, you need permission. if you own the content you have to look at your license and see if it's covered. this goes for blogs, twitter, this goes for facebook. my own personal blog has been in a monetary compensation situation, too. you don't want to be in that area. ask yourself do i have the permission of the person who owns this to use it? >> that's interesting. that is one if you're taking pictures from elsewhere, but the one you brought up, too, about the own pictures, the ones on your site. if you have a photographer take a picture for you, you better make sure if you want that to be repinned that you own it, right? that you own the rights to that picture. >> exactly. these are situations that may not come down the pipe but -- >> but they may.
