The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Friday said that it has arrested a Bangladeshi national from Darul Uloom in Deoband. The arrested man has been identified as Talha Talukdar. He was illegally studying and staying at Darul Uloom.
