Fact, from the president, this is a case of days and not weeks, going out of his way to show that the united states will not be in libya for very long. he suggests we can hand it over to our european allies. what would that mean exactly to hand it over to our, quote, european allies? >> well, i think operationally what's been discussed in brussels and other european capitals is the formation of some sort of committee within nato that handles the military operations and the french foreign minister has been insistent on creating another structure which is not nato that is more inclusive that inc...
