"Thousands of dead fish" Citizens vent concerns about Lake Ilo
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has drained much of Lake Ilo to mitigate seepage of the Spring Creek Dam. Many Dunn Co ranchers, residents and outdoorsmen are not happy about it.
