Ruby 'Paula' Muller
Ruby Pauline âPaulaâ Muller, 71, of White City, Kansas, joined her Heavenly Father Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. Per Paulaâs wishes the family will have a private celebration of her life at a later date. Paula was the only child of Leo and Minnie (Keener) Bates, born in Denton, Texas, on Oct. 19, 1949. She grew up in Stockton, Calif., but moved to Mena, Ark., early in her adult life to be closer to her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
