On the response taking questions from the reporters and then secretary dick cheney and transportation secretary Samuel Skinner and epa administrator william riley. I have a brief statement and then i will defer to the experts. Nearly everybody is aware of the oil spill in alaska and the hardship for local citizens. We all share the sorrow and concern of alaskans and the determination to mount a sustained cleanup effort.
