Ms. Mcclain first and foremost, thank you all for being here in this crazy bit of times were in. What were talking about is extremely important. The i. R. S. Has been plagued really with dysfunction for decades. From data breaches, leak, Identity Theft, slow audits, backlogs and horrific Customer Service at least from my constituents. Despite years of oversight and government watchdog warnings not a lot has changed...
