Taylor Deland LISBON –Taylor Deland, is the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center’s January Student of the Month. The daughter of Tina and Jack Best, and Wade Deland, she is a full-day CCCTC senior from Lisbon David Anderson High School and is enrolled in the Landscape and Environmental Design (LED) Program under the instruction of John Garwood. Taylor serves as the secretary for the CCCTC Chapter of National Technical Honor Society, secretary of the Junior Fair Board, treasurer and secretary of the Rough Riders 4-H Club, reporter for the CCCTC FFA Chapter, and is a member of the Lisbon softball team.
