Phillips-Bering spends $134k on primary, Kuhn $39k; Dems spend combined $13k
The Phillips-Bering joint ticket spent more than three times what the Kuhn campaign did for the period Jan. 1 to May 5 – and both campaigns on their own spent more than double the combined expenditures of all other campaigns for county commissioner.
