Itemizer-Observer POLK COUNTY â The year 2020 has been slow, frustrating and painful. Our country, county and cities felt the grip of a pandemic; witnessed the passion â and occasional violence â of a continued fight for racial justice; and endured unprecedented devastation due to wildfire.
