Saw a bunch of cops just driving by crazy through here and everything is blocked off. I had no idea what was going on but when we heard the pop, we knew it was a shot. Reporter the house on feller avenue along with several on either side of it were searched for quite a while. Police wanted to make sure the air was secured and wanted to take the woman into custody.
