The document, filed in Nelson Circuit Court, appears to be additional evidence from prosecutors arguing against Steve Lawson getting immunity for cooperating with investigators.
Both sides agreed to move the trial out of Nelson County. A judge still needs to approve the move.
The prosecution will ask that the three men stand trial together. Defense attorneys will make a motion to move the case out of Nelson County.
The three will all be back in court March 21st, after both prosecutors and the defense, review all evidence and discovery.
The three suspects charged in connection with the murder of Crystal Rogers are expected to be in court Thursday.
