大学倶楽部・拓殖大：共同PR総研と防災・危機管理分野で連携協定を締結

　共同PR総研は、大学等外部研究機関との連携による広報・PRの価値向上に向けた活動に力を入れており、同大は協定調印を契機に、防災・危機管理分野での調査・研究・研修などでさまざまな取り組みを進めていく。
　拓殖大学防災教育研究センター長の濱口和久教授は今回の連携協定について、「防災・危機管理の分野は、国レベルから個人レベルまで多岐にわたる。共同PR総研との連携は、学生に対する防災教育に加えて、当センターが取り組む地域防災力、事業継続計画（BCP）などの調査・研究にも幅が広がることを期待している」と語った。
　今秋には同社が運営する「広報の学校」で濱口教授による「企業防災と広報」の講座も予定されている。

共通テスト、大学からの手数料2倍に　収支改善図る　: 日本経済新聞

大学入試センター試験の後継となる初の大学入学共通テスト（1月16日、東京都文京区の東大）=共同
受験生の成績を提供してもらう際に大学が支払う成績提供手数料は、2021年1月の第1回共通テストでは1件当たり750円だった。センターは3月29日付で、22年は1200円、23年は1500円に引き上げると大学側に文書で通知。「共通テストを安定的・継続的に実施するため、自立的な財政基盤を確保することが必要」と説明した。
センターは国から運営費交付金を受け取っておらず、受験生が払う検定料（3教科以上の受験は1万8千円、2教科以下は1万2千円）が収入の約9割を占める。成績提供手数料を値上げすることで赤字を回避し、検定料を据え置くとみられるが、大学側が個別入試の受験料に上乗せする可能性もある。
センターによると、前身の大学入試センター試験の志願者は最盛期に60万人を超えたものの、20年1月の最後のセンター試験は約55万人。第1回共通テストは約53万人で、成績提供手数料を570円から750円に引き上げた。成績は860大学に延べ約154万件が提供された。
センターの試算では、検定料や成績提供手数料を現行のまま維持した場合、21年度に約4億円の赤字となり、その後も10億円以上の赤字が続くとしている。センターが設置した運営の在り方を検討するワーキングチームは「現行の検定料の設定が適切かどうかについて検討が必要」と指摘している。〔共同〕
