Federal Budget 2021 Australia: No date set for border reopening, tourism and education left hanging
A $53.6 million package has been allocated towards the international education sector. A Budget media release from Education Minister Alan Tudge declared universities and "many other higher education providers" had benefited from an influx of domestic students, but other English language providers and higher private educators had been hit hard by the absence of overseas students.
