Apologize for double posting, but want this idea to get the board bashing it deserves… Just for fun, and assuming ND comes in with 5 PAC 12 schools, for football we could have Big Ten Classic and Big Ten Redux: Big Ten Classic: Big Two and little eight Big Ten Redux: Maryland, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, Rutgers, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Washington Three protected rivalries within each division, play three of the other six in division, 4 out of the ten from the other side (home and home every 5 years) and two non conference games.
