Saying, earlier tonight, a woman was shot while heading east, bound just past yerba buena island, and we were able to get some footage of police on the scene investigating on our way over here. You can see there are multiple officers on the scene beginning this investigation, this closing all the traffic down to one lane, causing a massive backup.
