A developer looking to build 22 units of housing on the north end of the city said Thursday he’s having second thoughts after learning he’d need an Act 250 permit.
If Worcester’s application is denied, the company will have to raze its cabins and restore the roughly seven-acre development to its previous condition.
A consent agreement required the Worcester company to submit an after-the-fact site law application for the cabins.
