A suburban police chief is speaking out after two parents were charged on Tuesday with encouraging their children to fight a 12-year-old classmate.

Two parents in Naperville, Illinois, were charged on Tuesday after allegedly encouraging their two daughters to beat up a classmate in early April.

The suspects declined an in-person interview but spoke to FOX 32 extensively via Facetime saying the allegations are 100 percent false.
