The Iowa State Patrol says a two-vehicle wreck about 2:30 p.m. Friday on Highway 150 just south of West Union claimed the lives of 65-year-old Terri Westfall and 18-year-old Ashleigh Rensing, both of North Liberty, and 9-year-old Alli Olson of Amana.
