Terry Baugh, chief financial officer of D&J Construction in West Monroe, is the 2021 chairman. Baugh takes over for Tom O'Neal of O'Nealgas, Inc., the immediate past chair. Other officers include:  Jude Melville, president, b1BANK, secretary Jason DeCuir, partner, Advantous Consulting, LLC, treasurer. Meagan Shields returns as chair of the Emerging Leaders Council.
