An 84-unit apartment complex in Suffield recently sold for $13 million to a New York City real estate investor. Suffield West, built in 1968 and located on 10 acres at 13 Remington St., consists of two eight-story brick buildings. The complex was managed and maintained by the same owners for 54 years, according to Hartford-based Chozick Realty Inc., which represented the seller.
A Westport resident recently paid $1.2 million for an 11-unit apartment building in Hartford. Assessing records show Sterling 6-4 LLC sold the 107-year-old brick apartment building at 4 Sterling St. to Branegan Holdings LLC in a $1.2 million deal logged by the city on April 20. The principal of the buyer is Christine Cua, of Westport, according to state business records. The principal of the seller is Sol Harel, of West Hartford.
