  HALIFAX -- Health officials on Prince Edward Island are reporting no new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday. P.E.I. currently has 28 active cases of COVID-19, the highest number of active infections the province has had, to date. The province has had 143 cumulative cases of the novel coronavirus.   HALIFAX -- Prince Edward Island will move out of its 72-hour lockdown as of midnight Thursday, and into a modified circuit breaker, public health officials announced Wednesday.
