Garland’s Nicholson Memorial Library System has won a statewide award for consistent excellence and outstanding contributions to public library services within the city.
For the 16th consecutive year, Nicholson Memorial Library System was granted the Texas Achievement of Library Excellence Award from the Texas Municipal Library Directors Association, the city announced on Tuesday. ....
