HEREFORD High Town’s much-loved Thai street chef Pimploy Scott was given glowing reviews by Thai royalty for her charity work at the Dorchester Hotel in London last month. The ‘Pim’s Kitchen’ chef, who has lived in the city for 14 years, was recognised by Princess Chulabhorn for her tireless volunteer work, and for how she has represented her country abroad. Mrs Scott went to London with husband Ian and their two daughters to collect the award in front of hundreds of people at the prestigious hotel. Born in north-east Thailand, Mrs Scott, 43, married tattooist Ian and they set up the popular local restaurant Thai on Wye. ....
