Second, i pointed out that one thing that we lack as judges to make good policy decisions as legislators is the ability to compromi. These legislative bodies, can you put together a compromise. Judges, somebody has to win and somebody has to lose. Its not a great place to compromise and were not well kwpd equipped to do your work. At the same time i did criticize i pointed out a column by a selfidentified litt liberal columnist and i agreed with him that his side had spent too much time in court in stead of in front of the legislature.
