Jane Pomp (Bolhouse) Connerton, 89, of Newport, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully at home on June 28, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late William H. Connerton Jr. Jane was born on October 10, 1931, in Newport, RI to the late Peter Daniel Bolhouse and Gladys Estelle (Carr) Bolhouse. As a young girl she was a member of the Girl Scouts and maintained that affiliation for well over a half century, attending their annual reunions held at Camp Hoffman in South Kingstown.
