Convicted drug dealer given curfew, and three others in court last week A convicted Andover drug dealer who failed to comply with a community order has been given another chance. Ryan James Humphreys, of Spey Court, was caught in possession of cannabis - with the intent to supply it - in the town on November 16, 2018. When convicted by North Hampshire Magistrates' Court on August 6, 2019, he was given a community order.
