Appeals court affirms denial of first-party no-fault benefits
A trial court properly awarded summary disposition to the Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility, or MAIPF, on a claim for first-party benefits where neither injured person had paid for no-fault benefits, the Michigan Court of Appeals has ruled.
