L.A. Police Commission clears officers in two shootings of people in mental crisis
The Los Angeles Police Commission this week cleared officers in the shootings of two people going through a mental health crisis, although they agreed with Chief Michel Moore's assessment that tactics used in one of the cases were out of policy.
