61-year-old arrested in connection to Sacramento explosions, pleads not-guilty
The 61-year-old man arrested in connection with "numerous explosions" in south Sacramento, entered a not-guilty plea during his first court appearance on Thursday. Robert Ziganto appeared briefly before a judge at the Sacramento County Jail and was arraigned on three felony charges related to possessing and manufacturing an explosive device.
