Witnesses told police that the student was waiting at the bus stop when an individual wearing a black hoodie approached and shot the victim multiple times.
Following a manhunt, Tyrique Sevin Radford El, 18, was arrested Thursday for allegedly gunning down a 16-year-old high school student as he waited for his bus in Indiana.
"When I heard the shots, I ran outside and saw my son lying on the ground, shot multiple times," the victim's mother said.
