Duluth residents weigh in on plans for long-delayed Lincoln Park makeover
Despite some mixed reviews, citizens say they re eager to see the project move forward after five years of waiting.

Duluth city staff laid out their slow-to-evolve plans for Lincoln Park to a passionate audience of about 30 people participating in an online public meeting Thursday night.
Senior Parks Planner Cliff Knettel said a $750,000 grant provided by the National Park Service will be the largest source of funding for the $2.1 million project. He said the purpose of the program is to assist urbanized areas located in underserved communities with parks that are outdated or deteriorated. ....
