Richmond Hill City Hall will reopen to the public on May 17, having been closed since March 2020 because of the COVID pandemic, as noted in Tuesday’s regular city council meeting by City Clerk Dawnne Greene. City Hall and all city administrative offices will then maintain regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Greene, adding that face masks and other COVID protocols will be required.
