On Monday, the city of Buffalo, New York, will hold a moment of silence to mark six months since a mass shooting.
The Buffalo 5/14 Survivors Fund announced the Local Steering Committee, the group responsible for determining the eligibility and distribution of funds to those impacted by the May 14 shooting at Tops on Jefferson Avenue.
Hogues says Dr. Burstein gets paid an hourly rate and therefore is eligible for overtime. He says prior to the pandemic, it was encouraged these managerial employees not collect overtime but he says the pandemic changed that.
