A man from Haverfordwest pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs A man from Haverfordwest pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. Thirty-seven-year-old Timothy Michael Clews of North Court, Haverfordwest, was charged with driving a Vauxhall Zafira along Goshawk Road with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood - a cannabinoid molecule found in cannabis. The incident took place on Sunday, November 22, 2020. Clews pleaded guilty at Haverfordwest Magistrates on Tuesday, April 27. He was fined £349 and was banned from driving for a year.
