Finney County Health Department gives vaccination update Garden City Telegram An update on COVID-19 in the county and its vaccination status was given to the Finney County Commission at its regular meeting Monday. Colleen Drees, Finney County Health Department director, said as of Monday morning there were 20 active COVID-19 cases in the county and two people are hospitalized at St. Catherine Hospital.
