Cannabis dealer spared jail sentence A DRUG dealer who was caught almost three years ago has finally faced justice. Michael Boston pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis following his arrest in September 2018, Teesside Crown Court heard. Cannabis plants A CANNABIS user who had 24 plants growing in his loft sought counselling to help free himself of the drug, a court was told. When police raided Paul Orange’s home in Whittle Grove, Bolton on July 4, 2019 they found a loft hatch open, Bolton Crown Court was told. “The loft appeared to be illuminated by something and there was a strong smell of cannabis,” said Adam White, prosecuting. “A ladder was obtained and an officer climbed into the loft.” Through a small tunnel was a boarded off area with a lighting and irrigation system feeding 24 plants.
