Descendants separated by more than two centuries lack legal standing to prevent the relocation of the historic Kemp Family Graveyard to make way for a warehouse in Maxatawny Township, the developer argues in Berks County Court. Duke Realty LP, the Indiana-based developer of Valley Logistics Center, made its claim in documents filed with the court Feb. 25 as part of the ongoing case.
