The Papitto Opportunity Connection nonprofit foundation works within Rhode Island's Black, Indigenous and people of color communities to provide education and job skills training and support entrepreneurship. The opportunity is transformative, because the winner will be given a scholarship, but will also be able to implement their idea, to the tune of $1 million.
