Randolph County 4-H Fair being celebrated July 12-17 Moberly Monitor-Index Following a 1-year hiatus of not offering an in-person list of events due to last summer's COVID pandemic, the 2021 Randolph County Fair returns to its regular routine of activities this week at the Riley Pavilion area of Moberly's Rothwell Park. Monday evening was Achievement Night for each of the county's 4-H clubs as well as the fair's 4-H King & Queen competitions.
