Image / Supplied New Zealand s newest obstacle racecourse is coming to Mount Maunganui next year, promising to bring as much fun as there will be sweat. Mount Maunganui Beach will host the Ultimate Athlete for individuals, teams and children on April 16 and 17. There will be two courses: a 6km course with 20 obstacles and a 10km course with 25 obstacles. The event will premier at Mount Maunganui and has spots for 3000 people in its first year.
